Why this model

Built around the problems customers actually face.

A failed telecom unit can create more than a repair problem. There may be network downtime, spare shortages, freight and handling, cross-border coordination and regulatory requirements. TRUENEX GATEWAY is designed to address the full service chain.

Downtime pressure

Get equipment assessed and moved through the repair process with a clear service plan.

Heavy equipment logistics

For equipment where cross-border freight is practical only with added time and cost, local service can provide another route when technically suitable.

Import / export requirements

Where cross-border movement is necessary, applicable licensing, customs and telecom regulatory requirements still need to be managed.

Spare shortages

Repairable failed units can potentially be returned to the usable spare pool.

Mixed-vendor fleets

Support can cover multiple vendor families and equipment types subject to model and fault evaluation.

Large repair volumes

Resources can be planned around quantities, failure profiles, parts availability and acceptance requirements.

Joint engineering model

Myanmar engineers working with deployed Vietnam specialists.

We are not positioning Vietnam only as an offshore back office. Vietnam technical specialists are already deployed in Yangon and working alongside the Myanmar engineering team, while the wider Vietnam engineering and R&D operation remains connected to the project.

Local execution + specialist depth
Customers can work with a Myanmar-facing service team while accessing the repair, R&D and multi-vendor engineering experience built over 18+ years in Vietnam.
Modern telecom engineering, repair and testing environments
Beyond repair

A broader telecom engineering and supply network.

The Vietnam partner portfolio extends into mobile-site solutions, network infrastructure and connectivity, including antennas, RF components, cables, connectors, racks, cabinets and networking equipment.

Functional, electrical, RF or load testing appropriate to the scope.

06

Release

Final verification, documentation and return-to-service preparation.

Documented scale

A recent project example shows the scale we can plan for.

The figures below are a real-world reference from documented work. They help customers understand the scale of a repair program we can organize and resource around their requirements — not a guarantee of future quantity, success rate or turnaround.

3,000
Documented intake example. A recent program recorded 3,000 units for repair, with 2,356 units successfully repaired and a reported 90.03% successful repair rate for the recorded scope.
~3–4 monthsApproximate project-to-acceptance period observed in that documented batch. Actual turnaround is agreed case by case based on equipment mix, fault profile, parts availability, testing, acceptance requirements and customer priorities.
Myanmar service development

A local service operation is already being established in Yangon.

TRUENEX GATEWAY has established its first Yangon service facility and is equipping it for expanded repair and testing operations. Myanmar engineers have been trained, and Vietnam technical specialists are already deployed in Yangon and working together with the local team. Additional specialist resources can be assigned according to project scope and customer requirements.
